MIB129 Health app: Sleepio for adults with poor sleep

This MIB is the first Health App Briefing (HAB) developed to focus specifically on health apps. Sleepio uses cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT‑I) and can be linked to a wearable fitness tracker to monitor sleep, such as a Fitbit. Sleepio could potentially reduce or replace face-to-face CBT.
